Hopefully you were not sitting behind home plate at this game.  Lots to get to today.  Here are some great stories from other sites.

• Steady Burn has an early Belmont Stakes list of odds with Mine That Bird the favorite.  I don’t think anything will stop this horse from winning this time.
• Yogi Berra speake his own language sometimes.  Zoner Sports has dug into the archives and pulled out a couple of classic Yogi Berra commercials worth seeing.
• Sergio Garcia voted prom queen: let the catcalls begin. In Game Now has posted a picture you have to see!! 
• Detroit4lyfe has removed the Penguins from their Bloguin website and replaced them with an octopus to patronize the Red Wings rather than the Penguins in the upcoming Stanley Cup Finals.
• NESW Sports posted a cartoon video of How Lebron James carried the Cavaliers on his back through Game 5.  There is even a cartoon Anderson Varajeo, hehehe.
• Intentional Foul has found another Lebron and Kobe Muppet sighting.  In this clip, they are the anchors on Sportscenter ~ pretty entertaining to watch.
• With Brett Myers ailing, My Sports Rumors poses the question, Where do the Phillies go from here?
• Sharapova’s Thigh takes a good look at how pitching woes and a rash of injuries are killing teams like Tampa Bay.
• Juan Pierre is loving life without Manny in LA.  Josh Q. Public reveals how the resurgent outfielder is playing like he is 21 again and why.
• Talk Hoops takes an in-depth look at the Cavs vs Magic Game 5.
• John Calipari Is In Trouble and has some explaining to do from Moondog Sports.

Nate McLouth has had an up-and-down 2009 so far.  Look for Nate The Great to put up bigger numbers between now and the All-Star Break.  He is traditionally much better in the first half of a season and it will show soon.  Here are some other great stories:

• My pal Ethan over at NESW Sports has compiled another version of his Interweb feature.  What he is doing is taking a little of the best from all walks of bloggers, even non-sports.  It is pretty good stuff to check out.  In this issue of Interweb there is a neat Shaq vs D Wade one-on-one piece, a comical Roddy Piper Video, and so much more!
• In Game Now posted a good piece about manager anger issues and compiled a list of The Top 10 Manager Meltdowns, some of these videos are great to see!  The Carlos Zambrano blowup is shown here also!
• The people over at Fansided think that Lebron James Would Be The Best Receiver In The NFL and raise some very valid points as to why they would make this statement.
• As the Pittsburgh Penguins get ready to do battle with Detroit for the Stanley Cup, Total Pro Sports has found a neat picture of a fan fliiping off the ref in the Blackhawks vs Red Wings game.
• Sports Rubbish dug up a video of crazed Brazilian soccer fans attacking a team while practicing and punches are thrown – check out the video!
• Cubs GM Jim Hendry’s decision to trade Mark DeRosa to Cleveland for three minor-league pitchers comes to us from the Cubs Blog, The Friendly Blogfines.
• Josh Q. Public takes a good look at Detroit’s Rick Porcello, a 20-year-old starter who is 5-0 with a 1.50 ERA.  He can hardly be considered a prospect, now, he is a potential all-star.  Interesting comparisons to a young Dwight Gooden.
• PacMan Jonesin’ takes a humorous statistical peek at Desmond Hatchett.  Desmond Hatchett has surpassed Travis Henry’s records for having 21 kids with 11 women and he is only 29.
• Detroit4lyfe hopes not to see Marc-Andre Fleury’s big teeth and why they think Detroit can shut down Malkin and Crosby to get the job done in 5 games.
• Before Michael Jordan became the prototype causing us to ask the question, “Who Is The Next Jordan?”, The Hoop Doctors dig deeper and state Even Michael Jordan was the next someone.
• The annoying Birdman of Denver gets posterized by Shannon Brown from The World of Isaac.
• The 5th Corner conducted a great interview with Dr. Anklesnap of Hoop Doctors which contained some great analysis on the upcoming draft, as well as why blogs are becoming more mainstream.
• My buddy David Chalk over at Bugs & Cranks and I share one thing for sure, a dislike of New York Yankees anything.  He carves out some great points in his editorials and always provides a solid read.  Check out his Super Fun Yankee Trivia Quiz.
• A Stern Warning checks in on why the NBA needs to impose age restrictions.
• Zoner Sports posted a good story on the outspoken Ron Artest’s opinions of the TNT basketball crew.

Pretty amazing that the jockey didn’t get killed.  Cavs can’t seem to stop the barrage of threes from Orlando and are in deep trouble.  Indians are starting to show signs of life after that huge comeback and the Yankees still stink.  Check out these great stories:

The Pittsburgh Penguins are making things better for me considering that The Cavs gave Game 1 to Orlando.  Geno Malkin’s hat trick proves both he and Sidney Crosby are big game players.  A bit of Youngstown nostalgia in the above picture.  Harry Arroyo was briefly in the national spotlight as a boxing champion.  Arroyo still lives is Youngstown.  Here are some great stories to check out!
